Brake lever SAMONE HYDRO-AJ

This great trials brake lever was originally created as a small experiment for a young trials rider. Eventually the creator decided to creat a complete sales piece and gradually tuned the lever to perfection. The lever is fully compatible with MAGURA HS33 brake calipers. Increased braking performance, thanks to the longer lever!

• created in cooperation with Slovak rider Samuel Hlavatý
• lever blade and body are made of very strong 7075-T6 aluminium alloy machined on CNC machines
• compared to competing levers made of 6061-T6, it is more than 80% stronger
• the brake is flip-flop, or can be used for both right and left hand
• compatible with all MAGURA HS calipers for rim hydraulic brakes
• 14mm aluminium piston with 2x NBR o-ring sealing
• hose connection hole is hidden under the handlebars and the bleed bolt is in the ideal position to drain the bulbs when filling the lever
• adjustment of the distance between the lever and the handlebar is possible with a small srcew
• 1-piece handlebar clamp with no visible screws towards the rider = eliminates injury to the rider when riding and no need to remove grips when removing the lever
• specially adapted hose connection and clamping screw
• hosse connection bolt and also the closing bolt are fitted with small o-rings, which ensure a perfect seal without the need to forcefully tighten and compress the seals under the screws

First aid package

You will receive with each lever also the first aid package, which includes small replacement parts for your SamOne lever. In the package you can find parts listed below.

• 1x sealing o-ring 10x2mm (for 14mm piston)
• 1x sealing o-ring 4x2mm (for closing bolt and hose fitting)
• 1x screw for settings of the lever distance from handlebars
• 1x screw for tightening of pivot which connects body and lever blade of brake lever
• 1x screw for tightening of brake clamp on handlebars
